(EDIT: Reduced the size of the photo to a more reasonable size)
Just thought I'd post this model of my Lego Arwing, as I haven't been very active on DA recently...
This lego model has actually had quite a history... I originally got it for my 10th (I think) birthday as a lego X-wing. Then a few years later, I got this lego model of a gungan submarine from Star Wars Episode 1, which had plenty of blue bricks... so, as I was quite a fan of Lylat Wars (aka StarFox 64) on the N64, I decided to simply convert it into an Arwing. Back then, it looked nothing like this above screenshot: instead, the were loads of blue bricks on the wings, making that part look exremely chunky, and hardly anything like the actual Arwing. The chunkyness actually varied over the years...
Recently, after finding some interesting looking bricks in my wardrobe which just happened to look a bit like the G-diffusers (Blue parts) of the Arwing, I decided to completely remove the chunky blue bricks from the wings, and add these instead. Unfortunately they were brown, so I had to paint them blue. I also added foldy wings to the model. n___n
This photo was originally part of a project I did for Grpahics, which was basically a series of photos telling a story of some sort (known as a narrative). Everyone else did photos of themselves walking the dog, or setting something up, but I did something more interesting... I did three sketches (like jokes used in some sketch shows, e.g. Little Britain) using old toys, one of them being a legoman running towards his Arwing. I may post that on here one day...

Ha... That turned out pretty cool. Really. I remember I used to build a lot with legos myself, but I never really managed something impressive as this.

I think they still do lego X-wings... although they look very different to what they used to now.
